Once products are shipped from Brazil, we cannot accept returns. In case of defective products that can't be fixed, Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, PayPal, gift certificate, store credit account, or other form of payment used on your original transaction.

Damaged product and/or shipping box from shipment You have 1 calendar days from your delivery date to notify Car Audio Brazil of any damage that occurred during shipment.

When will I get my refund or replacement? After we check that item is really is not working, we issue a refund within 7 business days.
